In Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet season 7 episode 13, titled "Wild Things!," viewers get to follow Dr. Oakley and her team as they face some of their toughest cases yet in the rugged, remote wilderness of Alaska and the Yukon.

As the episode begins, Dr. Oakley is called to help with a sled dog team that has been struck by a mysterious illness. With several of the dogs displaying symptoms such as lethargy, fever, and vomiting, Dr. Oakley knows that she needs to act fast to save their lives. Using her expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, she quickly diagnoses the issue and administers life-saving treatment to the sick animals.

Next, Dr. Oakley is called to a nearby farm where a calf with a broken leg is in dire need of medical attention. Despite the difficulties of working with such a large animal in remote conditions, Dr. Oakley is determined to help the owner save the calf's life. Using a gentle touch and her years of experience, she is able to successfully splint the broken leg and provide the calf with the care it needs to recover.

But the challenges don't stop there. Dr. Oakley soon finds herself called to a bear sanctuary where a rescued cub is suffering from a mysterious illness. With no clear diagnosis in sight, Dr. Oakley must turn to her instincts and experience to help save the cub's life.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to stunning footage of the wild Alaskan wilderness and the amazing animals that call it home. From snowy mountaintops to rushing rivers and lush forests, viewers get a glimpse of the stunning natural beauty of the region.

But despite the beauty, the remote location and challenging conditions make the work of Dr. Oakley and her team all the more impressive. With limited resources and often unpredictable weather conditions, their ability to provide life-saving care to animals in need is truly remarkable.

As the episode comes to a close, viewers are left with a renewed appreciation for the incredible work that Dr. Oakley and her team do each and every day. And as they venture back out into the wild to continue their mission of caring for animals in need, viewers can't help but feel inspired by their courage, dedication, and compassion.
