They're all tired from a long night of caroling, and some of them even suggest giving up before they're done. Donkey, however, refuses to give up, and continues to lead the group in song.
As they move from house to house, the carolers start to become more and more energized by Donkey's enthusiasm. They start singing louder and more passionately, and by the time they reach the last house, they're belting out carols with all their might. The final house they visit is the home of Santa Claus himself, who is so impressed by Donkey's singing that he decides to grant him and his friends their Christmas wish.
