Bronson takes us to the first stop of the day, Russ & Daughters Cafe, which is known for its smoked fish platters. Bronson indulges in the cafe's signature smoked salmon bagel, which he describes as one of the best he has ever had. The crew then heads to Zabar's, an iconic gourmet food emporium on the Upper West Side, where they buy different kinds of cheeses, meats, and bread for their next stop.

Next on their itinerary is Katz's Delicatessen, an institution that has served up corned beef and pastrami sandwiches since 1888. Bronson reminisces about his childhood memories of eating at Katz's with his father, and he orders a classic pastrami sandwich and a knish to go with it.

The crew's next stop is Joe's Pizza in Greenwich Village, a pizza place that has been around since 1975. Bronson raves about Joe's classic New York-style pizza, which he claims is a must-try for all pizza lovers. They also visit Prince Street Pizza, which Bronson considers to be one of the best pizza places in the city.

Moving on, Bronson takes us to Flushing, Queens, which he believes is a foodie's paradise. The team visits Xi'an Famous Foods, a small chain that specializes in hand-pulled noodles and spicy Chinese cuisine. He also visits Lake Pavilion, where he indulges in some delicious dim sum and enjoys the extravagant decor.

Bronson and his team then head over to Jackson Heights, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city, for some Colombian cuisine. They visit La Roja de Todos, where they try traditional Columbian dishes like empanadas, arepas, and bandeja paisa.

Finally, Bronson takes us to Queens Night Market, a gathering of food vendors that serves up a wide array of unique and international dishes. Bronson tries some Filipino-style fried chicken and a delicious El Salvadoran pupusa, a thick corn tortilla filled with beans, cheese, and pork.
