Fresh, Fried & Crispy Season 1 Episode 8 Cleveland

In episode 8 of Fresh, Fried & Crispy, host Daym Drops travels to Cleveland, Ohio to explore the city's best fried foods.

He begins his journey at Sauce the City, a food truck specializing in gourmet fried chicken sandwiches. Daym tries their signature sandwich, the Notorious CHIC, which is a crispy chicken breast topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a garlic aioli sauce. He also samples their Spicy Pollo sandwich, which features a hot sauce made with ghost peppers.

Next, Daym heads to The South Side, a restaurant known for their signature dish Cleveland-style wings. These wings are twice-fried and tossed with a secret blend of spices before being served with a side of blue cheese dressing. Daym also tries The South Side's fried mac and cheese bites, which are a fan favorite.

For his third stop, Daym visits Barrio, a Mexican restaurant that serves up unique fried tacos.
