Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin) is back at it again in the third episode of season two of Garage Sale Mystery. In “A Picture Of Murder,” Jennifer is on the hunt for a valuable piece of art. When a painting of a woman is found in an old camera case at a garage sale, Jennifer jumps at the opportunity to acquire it. However, after the sale, the painting is stolen from her car.
Determined to retrieve the stolen painting, Jennifer enlists the help of her husband Jason (Steve Bacic) and her friend Dani (Sarah Strange). The trio soon discover that the painting is not only worth a lot of money but that it’s also connected to a mysterious murder from the past.
As Jennifer delves deeper into the painting's history, she learns that the woman in the painting was murdered thirty years ago. The victim, a young artist named Madeline, was married to a wealthy man who was accused of her murder. The case was never solved, and the painting of Madeline was believed to be lost forever.
Jennifer begins to suspect that the painting she purchased at the garage sale may be the missing painting of Madeline. As she continues to investigate, Jennifer uncovers several clues that lead her to suspect that the original suspect may have been wrongly accused.
With the help of Dani and Jason, Jennifer works tirelessly to untangle the web of clues to solve the murder case. Along the way, they encounter several suspects, including Madeline’s former husband and a mysterious art dealer.
As the investigation intensifies, the trio realizes that they may be in danger as the killer becomes more and more desperate to keep their identity hidden. Jennifer and her friends must race against time to solve the murder before the killer strikes again.
