Ep 22. Ghosts in the City of Lights

Ghosts in the City of Lights is the 22nd episode of the first season of Ghost Hunters International. In this episode, the team travels to Paris, France to investigate reports of paranormal activity in some of the city's most historic and iconic locations.

The investigation begins at the Paris Catacombs, an eerie underground labyrinth filled with the remains of over six million people. The team sets up their equipment and begins their investigation, using thermal cameras, EVP recorders, and other tools to capture any evidence of ghostly activity. As they make their way through the dark tunnels, they uncover strange noises and unexplained movements that suggest the presence of supernatural forces.

From there, the team heads to the Opera Garnier, a grand and ornate opera house rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a former ballet dancer. Using their equipment once again, the team begins to sense a strong presence in the building, with multiple team members reporting the feeling of being watched or followed. They also capture some startling EVP recordings, including one that seems to say "You will see me."

Next, the team visits the Chateau de Brissac, a sprawling castle in the Loire Valley that is said to be one of the most haunted places in France. Here, they encounter a number of strange phenomena, including doors that slam shut on their own, the sound of footsteps in empty corridors, and even a ghostly apparition captured on camera. As they investigate further, they learn about the tragic history of the castle and the many ghosts that are said to roam its halls.

Finally, the team heads to the Sainte-Chapelle, a stunning Gothic chapel renowned for its intricate stained glass windows. Here, they discover a mysterious energy that seems to be emanating from one of the windows, and they begin to unravel a centuries-old mystery involving a secret society and a hidden treasure. Along the way, they uncover more evidence of paranormal activity, including orbs and strange noises.

As the episode concludes, the team reflects on their time in Paris and the many strange and unexplained phenomena they encountered along the way. With their equipment packed away and their investigations complete, they head off to their next destination, ready to explore more of the world's most haunted places.
