Next, Jonah explores the Pilsen neighborhood, known for its vibrant street art and Mexican-American culture. He meets with a local artist and muralist, who takes him on a tour of some of the neighborhood's most stunning murals. Jonah also visits a Mexican bakery and tries some fresh-baked pan dulce (sweet bread).

Finally, Jonah ends the episode at the historic Green Mill Cocktail Lounge, a jazz club that has been a staple of the Chicago music scene since the 1900s. He chats with the club's owner and several musicians who perform regularly at the venue. Jonah also gets to sit in for a song with the jazz band, capping off a memorable and music-filled visit to Chicago.
