The episode starts with a brief glimpse of the events from the previous episode, where Rika is struggling to survive against her fate. The scene then shifts to a conversation between Keiichi and Rena, where Keiichi admits to killing someone in the previous world.
Rena is surprised to hear this and wants to know more. Keiichi explains that he killed Teppei, the man who abused Satoko in the previous world. He further elaborates on how he justified his actions by telling himself that he was doing it to protect Satoko.
The conversation takes an emotional turn when Keiichi expresses his regret for not being able to help Rika in the previous world. He blames himself for her death and wishes he could have done something to save her.
Rena tries to console him, but Keiichi is inconsolable. His guilt and grief consume him, and he lashes out in anger. Rena is taken aback by his sudden outburst but is quick to forgive him.

Takano is initially dismissive of Rika's pleas but is caught off guard when Rika reveals that she knows about her true motives. Takano is taken aback by Rika's knowledge and tries to escape, but Rika is quick to catch up to her.
They engage in a deadly battle, with Rika using all her skills and knowledge to gain the upper hand. Takano is no match for Rika's determination and resolve and is defeated in the end.
The episode ends with Rika contemplating the future and wondering what fate has in store for her and her friends. She knows that there will be more challenges ahead, but she is ready to face them head-on, with the support of her friends and loved ones.
