Hong Kong Phooey Season 1 Episode 3 Grandma Goody/ Candle Power

Cats are being stolen all over town--even Spot is abducted--and Grandma Goody is very different than she seems, as Hong Kong Phooey finds out in a bubble-filled climax./ It's Sarge's birthday, though all of the candles in town have been stolen, which prevents Sarge from getting candles to blow out. Penry doesn't want Sarge's party to be ruined so he heads out as Hong Kong Phooey to attempt to find the thief and return the candles to the town, though he soon discovers that someone is trying to melt them down into statues; though he cannot figure out why.
