Ep 7. Chapter 7

As the story continues to unfold in House of Cards season 1 episode 7, entitled "Chapter 7," viewers see Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) manipulating events to achieve his political goals. This episode starts with Underwood's promise to Russo (Corey Stoll) that he will help him with his campaign for governor. However, before he can keep this promise, Underwood has to deal with a scandal that could potentially ruin his reputation.
