Ep 13. No More Mr. Nice Guy

In this episode of House season 4, titled "No More Mr. Nice Guy," the team takes on the case of a businessman named Howard who collapses during a presentation. When he finally has a breakthrough in Howard's case, he's so convinced that he's right that he puts the patient's life in danger by ignoring some of the team's concerns and recommendations.

In the end, House's risky move pays off, and Howard recovers. But at a cost. House's behavior has alienated his team, and they're no longer sure if they can trust him. And House himself is forced to confront some hard truths about his own behavior, as he realizes that he's pushed away the people who matter most to him.

"No More Mr. Nice Guy" is a tense and emotionally charged episode that explores the darker side of House's personality. It's also a reminder of the consequences that come with taking risks and breaking the rules. As always, the show keeps its audience guessing until the very end, delivering plenty of unexpected twists and turns along the way.
