Ep 2. Arctic Splashdown

In the second episode of the first season of Jonny Quest, titled "Arctic Splashdown," the Quest team is called upon to investigate an incident at the Arctic research station. Dr. Ericson, a scientist at the station, has gone missing, and it's suspected that he's been kidnapped by a group of foreign spies.

As the Quest team prepares to go on their mission, they receive some special gear from Race Bannon, including snowmobiles and a mini-submarine. Once they arrive at the station, they discover that the spies have not only taken Dr. Ericson, but they've also stolen a new experimental fuel that he was working on. The fuel, when mixed with water, creates an explosive reaction that could be used as a powerful weapon.

The team splits up to search for Dr. Ericson and the stolen fuel. Jonny, Hadji, and Bandit go on one mission to search the base, while Race and Dr. Benton Quest take the mini-submarine to search the waters around the station.

As they search, Jonny and Hadji discover a secret room in the base, where they find Dr. Ericson and the stolen fuel. But before they can escape, they're caught by the spies, who take them captive and try to force Dr. Ericson to reveal the formula for the fuel. Meanwhile, Race and Dr. Quest are attacked by a menacing sea creature while searching for clues in the ocean.

The tension builds as the Quest team fights to escape from their captors and regain control of the stolen fuel. Will they be able to stop the spies before they use the explosive fuel for their own destructive purposes? And will they be able to survive the dangerous Arctic environment long enough to complete their mission?
