In season 1 episode 13 of Judge Faith, entitled "Big Chef All Talk; 30 Day Notice," the cases involve a landlord-tenant dispute and an accusations of false advertising against a catering company.

The first case relates to a tenant, Ms. Danielle, who was given a 30-day notice to vacate her apartment by her landlord, Mr. Banks. Ms. Danielle claims that the notice was unjustified, as she had paid her rent on time and had maintained the apartment well. However, Mr. Banks argues that Ms. Danielle had violated the terms of their agreement by allowing her boyfriend to live with her without his permission. After hearing both sides of the story and reviewing the evidence, Judge Faith has to determine whether the 30-day notice was valid or if Mr. Banks was in breach of the agreement by not providing Ms. Danielle with a proper notice.

In the second case, a catering company, Big Chef All Talk, is being sued by a dissatisfied customer, Ms. Taylor. Ms. Taylor claims that the company falsely advertised their ability to cater for large events and that they failed to deliver on their promise for her wedding day. She argues that the food was cold and unappetizing and that there was not enough to go around. On the other hand, the owner of Big Chef All Talk, Chef Joel, insists that he had done everything he could to ensure that Ms. Taylor's event went smoothly, but that the situation was beyond his control due to last-minute changes in the guest list. Judge Faith must determine whether Big Chef All Talk was guilty of false advertising and whether they are responsible for compensating Ms. Taylor for her wedding day disaster.

Both of these cases require Judge Faith to weigh the evidence presented by each side and to make a decision based on the facts. Throughout the episode, she asks probing questions and listens carefully to the responses in order to get to the truth of the matter. As always, her judgment is fair and impartial, and she strives to bring justice to all involved. With her sharp mind and keen sense of justice, Judge Faith ensures that both parties are given a fair chance to plead their case and that the law is upheld in every situation.
