In episode 7 of season 1 of Judge Faith, titled "Harley Slam; Summer of 2013," two former friends turned enemies find themselves in court over a motorcycle accident that occurred three years prior.
The plaintiff, Chris, claims that he loaned his Harley Davidson to the defendant, Anthony, for a ride. According to Chris, Anthony crashed the bike and caused extensive damage to the motorcycle. Chris is suing Anthony for the cost of repairs, which he believes amounted to $6,000.
Anthony, on the other hand, denies causing any damage to the bike. He claims that he only rode the motorcycle for a short period of time before returning it to Chris with no issues. In fact, Anthony argues that it was Chris who caused the damage to the motorcycle and is now trying to blame him for it.
As both parties present their arguments and evidence in court, Judge Faith hears from witnesses who support Chris's version of events. One witness, in particular, claims to have seen Anthony riding the motorcycle in a reckless manner just before the accident.
However, Anthony maintains his innocence and even brings his own witnesses to testify in his favor. He argues that Chris is merely trying to get out of paying for his own mistake and that he has no proof that Anthony caused the damage to the motorcycle.
As Judge Faith weighs the evidence presented by both parties, she must determine who is telling the truth and who is at fault for the damages to the motorcycle.
In addition to the case itself, "Harley Slam; Summer of 2013" features flashbacks to the summer of 2013, when the incident occurred. Through these flashbacks, viewers get a glimpse into the lives of both Chris and Anthony and the events that led up to the accident.
Ultimately, Judge Faith must render a decision that will satisfy both parties and bring closure to this long-standing dispute. Will she rule in favor of Chris and award him the money he's seeking, or will Anthony's arguments convince the judge that he's innocent? Tune in to find out.
