Judge Faith season 2 episode 21, titled "Peeping Tom | Fender Bender Backfire," features two cases of people seeking justice in court. In the first case, a woman named Monique is suing her former landlord, Mr. Tatum, for invasion of privacy after he allegedly filmed her while she was in her apartment. Monique claims that she found a camera hidden in her apartment and later discovered that Mr. Tatum had been using it to watch her.

Mr. Tatum denies the allegations and claims that he had a legitimate reason for installing the camera. He says that Monique had a history of having people over late at night and playing loud music, disturbing the other tenants in the building. He claims that he installed the camera to capture evidence of Monique's behavior so that he could evict her.

Judge Faith listens to both sides of the case and examines the evidence presented. She is surprised to find that Mr. Tatum had no documentation of tenants violating his house rules or complaints that were filed against Monique’s behavior. The judge decides in favor of Monique and orders Mr. Tatum to pay her damages for invasion of privacy. Monique shows a relived look as she leaves the courtroom, satisfied with the verdict.

In the second case, two drivers are suing each other after a minor accident. Clara says that she was parked in a parking lot, and when she got out of her car, she noticed that the other driver, Jordan, had hit her car. Jordan, meanwhile, claims that Clara pulled out in front of him, causing the accident. Both sides have different versions of what happened, making it difficult for Judge Faith to determine who was at fault.

The judge examines the photos presented by both parties and listens to their accounts of the accident. She asks clarifying questions to get a clear picture of what actually happened. However, she still is unable to reach a conclusion from the arguments made. Judge Faith suggests they settle by offering the parties to decide on an amount that they deem fit for the damage caused to respective cars. Both parties seem content to accept this agreement and leave the courtroom having settled their dispute.

The episode concludes, highlighting the court system working efficiently to resolve disputes between individuals and encouraging citizens to trust the legal system for getting justice.
