Judge Faith Season 3 Episode 141 Hot Water; Penny Lovers

In season 3 episode 141 of Judge Faith, entitled "Hot Water; Penny Lovers," two separate cases are presented for Judge Faith to preside over.

In the first case, a tenant named Kelly is being sued by her landlord, Tim, for unpaid rent and damages to the property. Judge Faith must determine whether the money was a loan or a gift and whether Nicolas should be held responsible for repayment.
