Ep 65. Enough Is Enough; Fatal Junk

In season 3 episode 65 of Judge Faith, entitled "Enough Is Enough; Fatal Junk," two cases are presented before Judge Faith Jenkins.

The plaintiff argues that the company sold her husband a defective part, which ultimately led to the accident that killed him. The defendant, the auto salvage company, denies any responsibility for the accident and claims that the plaintiff's husband was at fault for not properly installing the part. The plaintiff argues that the part was falsely advertised as being in working order and that her husband was not an experienced mechanic. The defendant counters that the victim had signed a waiver absolving them of any liability when he purchased the part. Judge Faith must consider the evidence and make a final ruling on this tragic case.
