In this episode of Judge Faith, the first case centers around a dispute between two churchgoers over a parking lot incident. The plaintiff claims that the defendant reversed into her car while she was backing out of a parking space. The defendant denies this and argues that the plaintiff was driving recklessly in the parking lot. However, Judge Faith reviews video footage of the incident and comes to a decision on who is at fault.
Next, two friends come to court over a loan that was never repaid. The plaintiff claims that she lent the defendant $2,500 to help her pay rent and bills. The defendant says that the money was a gift and not a loan. Judge Faith examines the evidence provided by both sides and ultimately comes to a ruling.
