Ep 3. Every Pain Needs a Name

In Kidding season 1 episode 3 "Every Pain Needs a Name," we see the aftermath of Jeff's breakdown at his son's birthday party in the previous episode. Eventually, Jeff has a breakthrough when he realizes that he's been mirroring Will's negative attitude and needs to set a better example.

Meanwhile, Deirdre's husband Scott is dealing with his own issues. He's worried about his job security and is secretly taking pills to deal with his anxiety. Deirdre is unaware of Scott's struggles and is frustrated that he's not being more supportive of Jeff.
