The sixth episode of season two of the reality television series Little People is named Special Delivery / What Would Lucky Like?. This series follows the lives of a group of little people - people who are shorter in height than the average person - as they go about their daily lives. This particular episode sees the stars of the show dealing with both personal and professional issues.
The first half of the episode, "Special Delivery," focuses on Amber and Trent's efforts to prepare for the arrival of their baby. The couple, who already have three biological children and an adopted son, are excitedly planning for the new arrival, but there is also a sense of nervousness. Amber has already experienced some complications with her pregnancy, and the couple is worried about the possibility of something going wrong.
To help ease their worries, they meet with a doctor and discuss the possibility of delivering the baby early. Amber is concerned that this will lead to complications, but the doctor reassures her that if they wait too long, there could be even more issues. Ultimately, they decide to schedule a C-section for the next week, and Amber gives birth to a healthy baby girl.
The second half of the episode, "What Would Lucky Like?," shifts focus to Trent's business. Trent owns a pizza restaurant, and a significant portion of his clientele is made up of little people. One day, a man named Lucky comes into the restaurant and asks if they have any chairs that would be suitable for someone his size. Trent quickly realizes that they don't, and he is embarrassed that he hadn't considered this before.
After Lucky leaves, Trent begins to research custom chairs that could be more accommodating for little people. He speaks with his employees about their experiences with seating, and they identify several issues that they have faced. Trent contacts a furniture maker and commissions several custom chairs to be made for his restaurant. When the chairs arrive, he invites Lucky back to the restaurant to test them out, and Lucky is ecstatic to finally have a comfortable place to sit.
The episode ends with the Little People cast celebrating the arrival of Amber and Trent's new baby, and discussing the positive impact that the custom chairs will have on the restaurant. Throughout the episode, the struggles and joys of everyday life as a little person are highlighted, alongside the importance of addressing the unique challenges that this community faces.
