Ep 8. The Song of Eternity

In Lost Song Season 1 Episode 8 - The Song of Eternity, we see a continuation of the fight between Finis and Prince Henry. However, this time we see Rita stepping in to help Finis. The episode starts off as Prince Henry enters a room where Finis, who was previously trapped, was waiting for him. Finis attacks Prince Henry, and a fight breaks out.

Meanwhile, Rin and Al along with their troop are still on their way to save Finis. They find a town in their path and decide to take a break and get some rest. While there, Al has a run-in with a young girl named Mel, who is very sick. Rin, who is more experienced with medical care, is able to save her.

Back at the fight scene, Finis and Prince Henry are still going at it. Finis can't seem to defeat him on her own. She then asks Rita to help her. Rita reluctantly agrees, but she has her own agenda. She uses the battle to gather more data for her songs.

Elsewhere, Rin and Al notice that Mel's condition isn't improving much despite their efforts. They realize that she is actually poisoned, and that it was done intentionally. Rin remembers that Mel's father, a former soldier, used to work at a nearby chemical weapons factory. With this information, Rin and Al head toward the factory.

Meanwhile, Finis and Rita are able to defeat Prince Henry. However, instead of staying to celebrate their victory, Rita slips away to work on her songs. Finis is left alone feeling confused and betrayed by Rita's actions.

As night falls and the stars come out, Finis sings a song for Prince Henry as it's part of the tradition of the Lost Song universe. It is a beautiful moment, and the song touches everyone who hears it. Afterward, Finis falls unconscious, and we see her take a trip back in time, which gives us more insight into her past.

Overall, Lost Song Season 1 Episode 8 - The Song of Eternity is an exciting and emotional episode, with lots of action and character development. We see Rita's true colors, and it creates a rift between her and Finis. Furthermore, we learn more about Finis's past, and we see that there is more to her story than we initially thought.
