Lucifer season 1 episode 11, named "St. Lucifer," follows our charming protagonist as he faces a moral dilemma. The episode begins with a young woman named Brittany being found murdered in a church, with the killer leaving behind a note claiming that they killed her as a sacrifice to Lucifer. This puts Lucifer in a tricky situation, as he is torn between wanting to catch the killer and prove his innocence, and not wanting to feed into the idea that he is responsible for the sins of others.

As the investigation into Brittany's murder gets underway, it becomes clear that the killer is using religious iconography to frame Lucifer for the crime. Things get even more complicated when the killer starts leaving clues for Chloe that seem to implicate Lucifer, leading her to believe that he might be the real culprit. Meanwhile, Lucifer's therapist, Dr. Linda, tries to convince him to take responsibility for his actions and stop blaming others for his problems.

Throughout the course of the episode, we see Lucifer struggling to reconcile his desire to be a force for good with his reputation as the Prince of Darkness. He even goes so far as to seek the advice of a priest, hoping that speaking with a man of faith will help him make sense of his predicament. However, the priest is less than helpful, and ultimately, Lucifer has to rely on his own wits and instincts to solve the case and clear his name.

As the mystery unfolds, we are treated to some great character development for both Lucifer and Chloe. We see Chloe starting to soften toward Lucifer, realizing that he's not quite the bad guy she initially thought he was. Similarly, we see Lucifer starting to embrace the idea that he can be a force for good, even as he struggles to shake off his devilish reputation.

Overall, "St. Lucifer" is a great episode that tackles some big questions about morality and redemption while still delivering on the show's trademark blend of humor, action, and drama. It's a great showcase for both Tom Ellis and Lauren German, who both knock it out of the park with their performances. Whether you're a fan of the show or just looking for an entertaining hour of television, "St. Lucifer" is definitely not an episode to miss.
