Lucky Days is a new comedy series premiering on ABC this fall. The show centers around a group of childhood friends who have remained close over the years and now find themselves navigating life and relationships in their 30s. The main character is Lucy Day, a sweet and optimistic woman who always tries to see the bright side, even when life gets messy. Played by America Ferrera (Ugly Betty, Superstore), Lucy has an infectious enthusiasm and zest for life that acts as a counterbalance to her cynical friends. Despite setbacks, Lucy firmly believes that with a positive attitude, good things are just around the corner.
