Ep 9. The Beautiful Girls

Peggy's career is on the rise as she is tasked with coming up with a new ad campaign for a popular women's fragrance called Belle Jolie. She gets support from both Don and Stan, who encourage her to think outside the box and defy traditional gender concepts. However, Peggy's confidence is shaken when she is criticized by the client for not being feminine enough. Meanwhile, Joan is facing a crisis of her own as her husband is called away for army training, leaving her to deal with their young son and her mother-in-law alone. She seeks comfort in Roger, who invites her to a romantic weekend getaway at a hotel in Long Island. However, things take an unexpected turn when they run into someone from their past. Back at the office, Don is dealing with his own demons as he struggles to deal with his recent divorce and the realization that he may never be able to have the perfect life he has always dreamed of. He finds solace in Dr. Faye, who encourages him to open up and be vulnerable. As the characters face their own personal and professional challenges, they must each decide what sacrifices they are willing to make to chase their dreams and find happiness.
