On this episode of Man Caves, hosts Tony Siragusa and Jason Cameron are tasked with transforming a boring basement into a Wild West Saloon Cave. The homeowners, Joe and Lisa, are avid fans of country music and Western decor, and want a space where they can entertain friends and family.
To start, Tony and Jason bring in a carpenter to build custom barn wood walls and a large bar, complete with a metal foot rail and custom leather bar stools. They also add rustic details like wagon wheel light fixtures and a "wanted" poster of the homeowners.
Next, the team tackles the entertainment aspect of the space. They install a large flat screen TV and a surround sound system, perfect for hosting movie nights or watching sports. They also add a custom poker table and Western-themed board games.
Tony and Jason don't forget about the drinks, either. They add a beer tap system to the bar, and create a custom liquor cabinet using an old wooden barrel. The finishing touches include Western-style accents like cowhide rugs, horseshoe door handles, and a custom painting of the homeowners in cowboy hats.
The end result is a cozy and inviting Wild West Saloon Cave, perfect for hosting parties or just relaxing with a whiskey on the rocks. Joe and Lisa are thrilled with the transformation, and can't wait to start hosting friends and family in their new space.
