Ep 5. All She Wants To Do Is Dance

In the fifth episode of "mixed-ish" season 1, entitled "All She Wants To Do Is Dance," the family decides to throw a block party to celebrate Rainbow's 13th birthday. However, they quickly realize that there aren't many people who are willing to attend.

As the family tries to figure out ways to attract more guests, Rainbow struggles with her own personal issues. She's feeling insecure about her appearance and is worried that she's not pretty enough to attract boys. To make matters worse, she discovers that her crush, Bryce, is going to be at the party and she's determined to make a good impression on him.

As the party gets underway, things don't go quite as planned. The decorations are lackluster, the food is underwhelming, and the turnout is still disappointing. Despite their best efforts, the family is starting to feel like they've failed.

However, Rainbow refuses to let the party be a total bust. She decides to take matters into her own hands and gets everyone dancing. As the music pumps and the group gets into the groove, people start to arrive in droves, and the party finally becomes everything the family had hoped it would be.

Meanwhile, Alicia is struggling with her own personal problems. She's starting to feel like she's lost her identity since giving up her career as a lawyer to raise her family. She's unsure of what she wants out of life and is struggling to find her place in the world. When her old law firm contacts her with a job offer, she's faced with a difficult decision.

At the end of the episode, the family comes together to celebrate Rainbow's successful birthday party. The block is filled with laughter, music, and dancing. While the family still has some issues to work through, they're able to come together and enjoy each other's company in the end.
