Moon Machines is a miniseries that discusses and explores the Apollo Space Program and all of the engineering and research that went into creating it. Moon Machines is written in a documentary style format and it's main focus is discussing how the Apollo Program operated, and featured interviews from seventy different people who were involved with it in the 1960s and 70s. The series also featured the various vehicles that were created, such as the Saturn V Rocket, the Lunar Module and also the Apollo pressure space suit. Also discussed is the scientific research that was conducted in order to make sure that everything functioned properly. Much of the material that is shown during the series was retrieved from NASAs own film archives of space exploration from when the program was being developed and broadcast. Moon Machines is completely narrated by Bill Hope. It is directed by Christopher Riley, Duncan Copp and Nick Davidson. As stated, there were multiple guests during the series which included the people who worked on the Apollo Space Program during its tenure.
