In season 17, episode 2 of Most Haunted, the team heads to Pontefract in Yorkshire to investigate one of the UK's most famous haunted houses - 30 East Drive. This episode is a continuation of the previous episode which saw the team begin their investigation of the property.

The house gained notoriety in the 1960s when the Pritchard family moved in and began experiencing strange and terrifying occurrences. The family claimed to have seen the ghost of a monk and a little girl, and also witnessed furniture moving by itself and objects being thrown across the room. The most terrifying incident occurred when the family's daughter, Diane, was dragged up the stairs by an unseen force and left with deep scratches on her body.

The current owners of the property, Carol and Phil, have also experienced strange happenings in the house. They have heard doors slamming, footsteps, and felt cold spots throughout the property. They have even captured images on their CCTV system which appear to show a figure walking down the stairs.

As the investigation continues, the team uses a variety of equipment such as night vision cameras, EMF meters, and dowsing rods in order to capture any paranormal activity. They start by investigating the basement where the Pritchards claimed to have seen the ghost of a monk. Here, they capture several unexplained noises on their audio equipment.

Next, they move on to the ground floor where they conduct a séance using a Ouija board. They are hoping to make contact with the little girl who is said to haunt the property. During the séance, they receive some frightening responses which suggest that something is trying to communicate with them.

The team then heads upstairs where they investigate the bedroom where Diane had been attacked. They use a laser grid to detect any movement in the room and capture some unexplained changes in light. They also conduct an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) session where they ask questions in the hope of receiving a response from the spirit world.

Finally, the team investigates the attic where they hear some strange noises and capture an unexplained light anomaly on camera. The episode ends with the team reviewing the evidence they have collected throughout the night.

Overall, season 17 episode 2 of Most Haunted is a gripping and unnerving investigation of one of the UK's most haunted properties. The team's use of equipment and willingness to conduct a séance and EVP session makes for a chilling watch. Fans of the show will not be disappointed with this episode.
