Thackray House is the third episode of the seventeenth season of Most Haunted. For this investigation, the Most Haunted team visits a historic mansion located in Leeds, England. The house is believed to be haunted by many spirits, including a former landowner, a young servant girl, and a soldier who died during World War I.

As the investigation draws to a close, the team gathers together to share their experiences and review the evidence they have collected. They are surprised by the amount of activity they have captured, and they are convinced that Thackray House is one of the most haunted places they have ever investigated.
