The woman instructs Rin to follow the pathway and find her way back home.
One day, Rin decides to follow her dream and ventures into the forest in search of the pillow pathway. Along the way, she encounters a mushi, a peculiar creature who feeds on the dreams of humans. The mushi offers to guide Rin to the pathway but warns her that once she enters the other world, she may never be able to return to her own world.
Rin is conflicted but decides to take the risk and follow the pathway. She finds herself in a beautiful world filled with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. But soon, she discovers that the world is not as peaceful as it seems. The pillow pathway is guarded by a group of spirits who demand payment from travelers before allowing them to pass.
As Rin tries to find a way to pay the spirits, she encounters a boy named Nita who is also searching for the pillow pathway. Nita tells Rin about his own dream, which was also about the pillow pathway. Together, they come up with a plan to pay the spirits and continue on their journey.
