Ep 1. Call of the Wild

My Life is Murder is an Australian murder-mystery show that features the smart detective Alexa Crowe, played by Lucy Lawless. In season 2, episode 1, titled "Call of the Wild," Alexa is at it again, solving crimes in Melbourne that stumps the police.

One of them is a former friend and employee, Kip (Jarryd Byrne), who has abrasive personalities and a history of violent outbursts. Kip wasn't happy with Leo's decision to sell the safari park and was one of the people who threatened Leo in the past. Alexa and Madison soon realize that there may be more than one suspect at play and soon turn their attention to Leo's brother, Harry, who was not happy about the park's sale either.

As the investigation continues, Alexa and Madison worry about the safety of a young girl named Caitlin who had wandered into the park before the murder. The girl, who is a huge fan of Great Southern Safari, had taken a photo with Leo shortly before he died, becoming a valuable witness to the case. However, this also puts her at risk of being targeted by the murderer who could be someone from the wildlife park itself.

In "Call of the Wild," Alexa Crowe and Madison Feliciano's dynamic is fascinating to watch. They contrast each other with their different approaches, but both are highly effective in their own way. With Alexa's expertise and Madison's support, the duo delves deep into the case, piecing together clues and eventually infiltrating the wildlife park in search of a suspect.

Without spoiling the ending, the episode leaves the audience in suspense, wondering who the killer will turn out to be and what their motive was.
