Karl cannot believe Izzy is still haunting them, but Susan just wants to put it down to coincidence - until she runs into her. Upon hearing that Izzy's boyfriend has deserted her and she now has no one, charitable Susan tells Izzy that they will help her - much to Karl's disbelief.
