Nine-year-old Oscar often gets picked on for his small size, but he's a little boy hiding a big secret: he's Nanoboy, the world's tiniest superhero. When there's trouble in the world of molecules, Oscar shrinks down to be smaller than the average cell to fight off little villains that could mean big trouble. While dealing with these microscopic dangers, Oscar still has to live the life of a regular kid, complete with homework and peer pressure, and often uses what he learns fighting evil to help him solve problems in the human world.

The Nanosquad get digitized into cyberspace as they chase down another form of virus.//Nanoboy and Czar zar are forced to work together when a scientific experiment gone wrong warps them way back to the past.

12. Czar Zar's New Clothes//Return of the Germinator

Czar zar wants to be the leader of FLEGM, but hes going to need a new style to fit in. How else is he going to get some but by stealing it.//The Germinator is looking for sidekicks, and no, the Nanosquad need not apply. Doesn't help that Lacto has escaped and is on a crime spree.

11. Bog's Bogus Buddy//Hola! El Coli!

Gentle Giant Bog and Czar zar have become the bestest of friends. This isnt good news for the Nanosquad.//A sleepy little village calls in the Nanosquad to help them with a bandit problem. Nothing is what it seems in this homage to classic Zorro stories.

10. Hail to the King//Sound of Trouble

Isaac clumsiness gets the Nanosquad in trouble.Lucky for him, he can always fall back on being king of an island tribe.//Infra-sound, the latest in mind-control technology. All in the hands of Czar Zar as he plans, once again, to take over the microcosmos.

9. The Good, The Bad and the Spit//Rise of Living Dead Cells

Yeehaa The Nanosquad go off into the wild west as Billy the Spit rides into town with his quick shot saliva.//It's goo-bar madness as everyone in the Microcosmos is going crazy for this new fangles goobar.

8. Finding Neurons / Green House Rock

It's Microcosmos' Brainiest! Contestants stand to win up to 5 majillion microcredits if you get all your questions right. Czar Zar definitely will, since he kidnapped all of Tim's neurons.//Oscars plant is under attack from oxygen hating bacteria. So its up to the Nanosquad to bring down the greenhouse.

7. Day of the Germinator//Groovy Attraction

CJ's old viral ways catches up with her as Vigilante Germinator hunts her down. Nothing is going to stop him in his quest for justice, not even the Nanosquad.//Groovy brings a little party to the Microcosmos, and CJ is all caught up in the charm.

6. Bite Night//Sedation Island

The Nanosquad meets vampires and old Gothic.//After all their hard-work of Microcosmos saving, the Nanosquad deserve a break of fabulous Sedation island.

5. The Fabulous Ferro Show//Enter Skeeter

Ferro has given up crime to start his very own TV show. Its so popular that people are robbing banks just to give him money. Time for the Nanosquad to give him the axe.//Commander Flag gets sucked up by a Mosquito and now the Nanosquad have to embark on a dangerous mission inside the belly of the beast.

4. Nanoboy's Biggest Fan//NanoElders

Sweet little Kinase just wants to spend time with her superhero idol, Nanoboy. It's too bad he's too busy saving the microcosmos to have dinner with her.//The Nanosquad get old when Mito steals their youth from them, just so she be pretty forever.

3. Smarty Bot / Bogzilla

Czar zar manages to build the smartest Nanobot around. Now can the Nanosquad beat it at chess?//An ancient protoplasm arises from his deep slumber and wrecks havoc on Asphalt City. Run, Nanosquad, run. It's Bogzilla!

2. Mitomorphosis//Worms

All the mad scientist Mito wants to be able to do is sing perfectly. So what if she has to kidnap the best singer in the microcosmos to do so.//Nanoboy gets a big ego after he defeats a giant worm all on his own. Now, without the help of his trusty Nanosquad, can he defeat 3?
