Sarah, Andy & Mikk are the first subjects of the second episode of Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners season 2. Sarah is a 27-year-old single mother who admits to being a bit of a hoarder. Her house is filled with clothing, dishes, and toys, and she struggles to keep up with the cleaning. In addition, she suffers from anxiety and finds that cleaning helps to alleviate her symptoms. Andy and Mikk are professional cleaners who have been called in to help Sarah tackle her clutter and deep-clean her home.

The second subject of the episode is Ben & Gerri, a retired couple who live in a four-bedroom house in Kent. The couple has lived in the same house for 41 years and have accumulated a lot of stuff, including a collection of teddy bears and hundreds of books. They are both passionate about keeping their house clean and have developed a cleaning routine that they follow religiously. However, they admit that sometimes it can be overwhelming and they need help to get on top of things.

As usual, the team of cleaners is tasked with cleaning and decluttering the homes of the subjects while also helping them to understand and deal with their underlying issues. Sarah, Andy & Mikk immediately get to work on Sarah's house, dividing the tasks according to their strengths. Mikk takes on the kitchen, which is the most cluttered and dirty room in the house, while Andy tackles the living room and Sarah's daughter's bedroom. Sarah is overwhelmed at first but soon gets into the swing of things, helping to sort through items and deciding what to keep and what to throw away.

Meanwhile, Ben & Gerri show the cleaners around their house, pointing out areas that need attention. Ben & Gerri's house is already very clean, but they want the deep-clean that the cleaners can provide. The team sets to work, cleaning shelves, dusting teddy bears, and vacuuming the carpets. As they work, they talk to Ben & Gerri about their love for cleaning and their shared passion for keeping their home tidy.

The cleaners also discuss the emotional toll that clutter can have on people, and how it can be a visible symptom of underlying anxiety or OCD. Sarah talks about her struggles with anxiety and depression and how cleaning helps her to feel more in control. Ben admits to being a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and says that he can get anxious if things are not done to his liking. The cleaners offer advice on how to manage these feelings and how to maintain a clean home without it becoming overwhelming.

As the day comes to an end, the subjects marvel at the transformation that has taken place in their homes. Sarah's house has been transformed from a cluttered and dirty space into a clean and organized living area. Ben & Gerri's house has been thoroughly cleaned and decluttered, which has given the couple a renewed sense of energy and motivation.

Overall, the second episode of Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners season 2 is an emotional and insightful look at the impact that clutter and cleaning can have on people's lives. Through the stories of Sarah and Ben & Gerri, we see how cleaning can be both a source of comfort and a source of anxiety, and how a little help can go a long way in improving people's mental and emotional well-being.
