Ep 2. Record Deal

In the second episode of season three of the British mockumentary series People Just Do Nothing, titled 'Record Deal', we see Kurupt FM behind the scenes as they prepare to have a meeting with a record label executive named Grant. The boys are excited and nervous at the same time, as they believe this meeting could be their big break.

Back in the present, the Kurupt FM boys finally meet with Grant, who turns out to be a bit of a character himself. He's clearly impressed by their dedication and passion, but he's also skeptical about their talent. He tells them that they need to work on their sound and their image if they want to be successful.

The boys are disappointed by this feedback, but they take it as a challenge and decide to go all out to prove Grant wrong. They spend the rest of the episode trying to come up with a new sound and a new look for themselves, which leads to some hilarious interactions and misadventures.

Meanwhile, we also see some side plots involving the Kurupt FM crew's personal lives. MC Grindah is still trying to win back his girlfriend Miche, while Steves is experiencing some financial difficulties. Chabuddy G is also up to his usual schemes, trying to sell his "Trapped in the Closet" DVD to anyone who will buy it.

As the episode draws to a close, we see the Kurupt FM boys back in the studio, putting the finishing touches on their new song. They're clearly excited about their new direction and are confident that they've finally found the sound that will make them famous.
