Pokemon the Series: Ruby & Sapphire Season 602 Episode 12 A Mudkip Mission

After climbing a waterfall, Ash and friends find a lake full of Mudkip, protected by a large and cautious lone Mudkip. Their human caretaker, an older man named Swampy, explains that he raises the Mudkip from Eggs he receives from the Pokemon League. He says the largest Mudkip is a wild Pokemon who showed up in his sanctuary and stayed to take care of the others. Naturally, Team Rocket shows up to ruin everything, and ends up breaking the dam protecting the Mudkip habitat. The large Mudkip rescues a little one from being washed away, but then needs a rescue itself. Brock bravely climbs down a waterfall to rescue the two Mudkip. The large Mudkip helps Brock's Lotad defeat Team Rocket--and then joins Brock on his journey!
