Ep 29. A Relay in the Sky!

Ash and his friends have finally arrived in Shalour City. They are all excited to see the many sights and sounds of this unique place, especially the famous Tower of Mastery. However, their excitement is short-lived as they discover that the area is in the middle of a power outage.
