Pokemon the Series Season 2 Episode 32

Ep 32. Enter The Dragonite

  • September 9, 1999

Ash, Misty, and Brock arrive at the Safari Zone, a massive wildlife preserve where trainers can catch rare and exotic Pokemon. However, upon entering, they discover that the Safari Zone is in dire financial straits and may be forced to close down. In an effort to raise money for the park, Ash and his friends decide to participate in a special Pokemon catching contest, where the winner takes home a valuable Dratini.

As they set out to catch as many Pokemon as possible, the trio runs into a young girl named Duplica, who has an incredible talent for impersonation. She reveals that she was hired by a wealthy businessman named Oscar to help him win the contest and secure the prize money. Ash and his friends are initially hesitant to trust her, but they soon realize that they share a common goal: helping to save the Safari Zone.

Together, they venture deeper into the preserve and encounter a massive Dragonite, one of the rarest and most powerful Pokemon in existence. Oscar quickly sets his sights on catching the Dragonite, but Ash and his friends soon realize that it's in danger. Its natural habitat is being destroyed by a construction crew, and it's clear that it needs to be rescued.

Ash and his friends hatch a plan to save the Dragonite and relocate it to a safer environment, all while fending off Oscar's attempts to catch it. Along the way, they learn more about the importance of preserving the natural world and respecting the habitats of Pokemon.

In the end, Ash and his friends are able to save the Dragonite and help the Safari Zone stay afloat. Duplica bids them farewell and sets off on her own journey, while Ash and his friends continue on their quest to become the greatest Pokemon trainers in the world.
