Ep 7. Karaoke Confidential

Matt Shade (Jason Priestley) and Angie Everett (Cindy Sampson) are back on the case in episode seven of season one of Private Eyes. In Karaoke Confidential, the dynamic duo is tasked with investigating the death of a popular karaoke bar owner.

When the owner of The Belfry, a well-known karaoke spot in town, is found dead in a nearby alleyway, Shade and Everett are hired by his daughter to investigate the cause of his death. As they begin to delve deeper into the case, they discover that the victim had a lot of enemies and that his personal life was far from perfect.

The investigation leads Matt and Angie to the bar's employees and regulars, as they try to uncover any clues that could lead them to the killer. They soon find out that the victim had a secret, one that could have led to his downfall.

As they interview witnesses and gather evidence, the case takes an interesting turn when Angie decides to go undercover and audition as a singer at The Belfry. Her plan is to get closer to the employees and find out any useful information that could aid in the investigation. Matt, on the other hand, takes a more traditional approach and continues to interview suspects and analyze the evidence.

As they work together, Shade and Everett's chemistry continues to shine, and their trust in each other is put to the test when they find themselves in a dangerous situation. The case becomes personal when they discover that the victim's daughter is in danger, and they have to do everything in their power to protect her.

Private Eyes, season one, episode seven is full of suspense, twists, and turns as Matt and Angie try to solve this murder mystery. With their wit, charm, and investigative skills, the duo proves once again why they are the best in the business.
