In terms of production values, Psycho-Pass 3 is excellent. The animation is fluid and detailed, with a cyberpunk aesthetic that is both futuristic and gritty. The soundtrack is also excellent, with a mix of orchestral and electronic music that complements the visuals perfectly.

Overall, Psycho-Pass 3 is a worthy addition to the franchise. While it doesn't quite reach the heights of the first season, it is still an excellent show that is well worth watching for fans of the genre.
