Katy is the story of a young girl whose brother goes to camp leaving the responsibilities of his paper delivery route to her. Upon arrival at the paper boy shack, the manager of the paper boys says "Hey! Where's your brother?" To which Katy responds: "He's at camp, I'm taking over while he's gone." At first the guy says NO! Girls can't deliver papers. But then, he says YES!
