SEC Storied is a television show that is part of the 30 for 30 television series by ESPN. SEC Storied is also titled It's Time. This show examines the relationship between two former SEC players. These players are Chucky Mullins and Brad Gaines. During the show, viewers will get to see the friendship between Gaines who was a fullback at Vanderbilt and Mullins who played defensive back at Mississippi. The event that started this friendship was a game in October of 1989 when Mullins hit Gaines and as a result, Mullins became crippled. Due to this event, Gaines spent a number of years riddled with guilt over causing the injury. A number of people associated with this event including former Mississippi head coach William Brewer will talk about the two players and the game itself. The coach along with other individuals discuss the dynamics of the friendship as well as a detailed perspective of what happened during the game. In the show, Gaines expresses his long devotion to Mullins by visiting his gravesite on a regular basis. After injuring Mullins, Gaines decided to spend a lot of time with Mullins and let him know that he is regretful of hurting him to the point of paralysis.
