Ep 4. Trashy Jobs

Carly and Jay pursue a new string of odd jobs in the fourth episode of Side Hustle season 1, titled "Trashy Jobs." Desperate for scrap metal, the duo resort to their go-to strategy of rummaging through dumpsters before stumbling upon a discarded high-end vacuum cleaner. Lydia takes an unexpected liking to Carly and Jay, who she finds candid and straightforward in their communication with her. Jay is particularly taken by the socialite's pet parrot, who is prone to repeating crude phrases. However, the good times can't last forever, and the episode takes a dramatic turn when a valuable item that belongs to Lydia goes missing. The blame falls on our heroes, and they must clear their names before Lydia and her staff call the cops.

While the investigation takes place, Carly and Jay follow up on a lead about a potentially lucrative job opportunity, which Monroe has promised them. But, in typical Monroe fashion, things are not what they seem. The job involves cleaning up a rundown auto repair shop and involves dealing with mountains of trash and rusted metal. Things take a dangerous turn when Monroe's associate, Tony, who is supposed to pay them for the job, turns out to be a wanted criminal.

As the episode wraps up, Carly and Jay find themselves in a tight spot, but they prove they have what it takes to handle both sticky situations. The episode is full of excitement, laughs, and disaster at every turn, and the fans of Side Hustle are sure to love it.
