Ep 3. Rise and Shine & Waiting/Fungus Among Us

Rise and Shine: SpongeBob wakes up one day to find that the Krusty Krab has turned into a 24-hour restaurant. While Squidward and Mr. Krabs are loving the new schedule, SpongeBob quickly becomes sleep-deprived and delirious. In an attempt to keep himself awake, he tries everything from drinking gallons of coffee to pinching himself repeatedly, but nothing works. Meanwhile, Plankton takes advantage of the situation by using a hypnotic alarm clock to try and seize control of the Krusty Krab.

Waiting: SpongeBob and Patrick are eagerly waiting for the sequel to their favorite superhero movie, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy: The Movie. However, when they arrive at the movie theater, they find out that the movie won't be released for another three weeks. Desperate to see anything related to Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, they go to a comic book convention where they meet their idols in person.

Fungus Among Us: SpongeBob and Patrick find a strange fungus growing in SpongeBob's pineapple house. While initially excited about their discovery, they soon find out that the fungus is spreading rapidly and threatens to take over the whole town. SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy work together to find a solution and prevent the fungus from taking over. In the process, they learn about the importance of taking care of their homes and the environment.
