Ep 1. Survivor Samoa

In the first episode of Survivor season 19, titled Survivor Samoa, 20 strangers from all walks of life descend on the Pacific island of Upolu to compete in the ultimate game of survival.

Upon their arrival, the castaways are immediately divided into two tribes: Galu and Foa Foa. Galu, the older and more experienced tribe, is made up of six men and four women, while Foa Foa, the younger and less experienced tribe, consists of five men and five women. The castaways are then ordered to set up camp, and after a tense first night, tensions start to rise within the tribes.

As the first challenge looms, host Jeff Probst explains that the tribes will be competing in a reward challenge, with the winning tribe receiving fire-making supplies and immunity from the first vote at tribal council. However, cracks begin to form within the tribe as some members feel excluded and others take control of the decision-making process.

As the tribes prepare for tribal council, Foa Foa faces the daunting prospect of going to tribal council without immunity. They strategize and come up with a plan to try to sway members of Galu to their side, but as they enter tribal council, it becomes clear that their fate is out of their hands.

In the end, one contestant becomes the first person voted out of Survivor Samoa, leaving their tribe stunned and reeling from the shock. The remaining castaways are forced to confront the reality of the game and the harsh conditions of their newfound island home.
