Ep 17. Outbreak

The turtles decide to change strategy and head straight for the source of the outbreak - the Foot Clan's headquarters. The turtles launch a full-scale attack on the Foot Clan's building, battling through hordes of mutants and soldiers. The turtles manage to infiltrate the building unnoticed and access the area where the mutants are being quarantined.

The turtles finally discover the true extent of the outbreak. The Foot Clan has managed to infect thousands of people and the entire city now faces a possible disaster. The turtles, not willing to give up, decide to fight and give the city another chance.

As the turtles reverse-engineer the virus, they find out that it is a combination of human and mutant DNA. They conclude that the only way to neutralize the virus is to expose it to pure mutant DNA.

The turtles, with the help of their ally and friend, April, manage to acquire pure mutant DNA and use it to reverse the virus. In the end, the turtles manage to save the city from destruction and return it to its previous state.

The episode, Outbreak, showcases the best of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 series. It is packed with action, adventure, and drama, and leaves the audience at the edge of their seats. The episode is a great example of how the turtles work together and never give up even in dire situations. As always, the turtles' commitment to each other and their city is evident and makes for a truly captivating story.
