It turns out that Kojima is not just a cruel teacher, but also a member of an evil ninja clan that seeks to take over the world using a powerful ancient artifact called the Sacred Scroll. Kojima believes that Yumi is the key to finding the scroll and is willing to do whatever it takes to get his hands on it.

With Yumi's help, the turtles set out to stop Kojima and his minions from obtaining the scroll and unleashing its power on the world. They engage in several epic battles, using their skills and teamwork to defeat Kojima's minions and protect Yumi from harm.

In the end, the turtles are able to defeat Kojima and destroy the Sacred Scroll, saving the world from certain doom. Yumi is able to stand up to her bullies and take control of her own martial arts training, thanks to the guidance and support of the turtles.
