- August 13, 2020
As the search for love continues in the eighth season of The Bachelor Australia, Episode 2 begins with the 21 remaining women vying for the affections of the suave and charming Bachelor, Locky Gilbert.
After a dramatic rose ceremony in the previous episode, emotions are still running high amongst the bachelorettes, and they are all hoping for a chance to spend some quality time with Locky and make a lasting impression.
The episode kicks off with a group date, which sees the women split into teams and competing against each other in a series of challenges in the great outdoors. As they battle it out for victory, tensions start to mount, and some of the women begin to feel the pressure. But there's no time to dwell on the result, as Locky is on hand to whisk the group away for a romantic picnic and some one-on-one time.
Later in the episode, there's a surprise visitor who catches all the bachelorettes off guard, leaving many of them questioning their motives and intentions. With rumours swirling and alliances forming, the women are left wondering who they can trust and who is really there for the right reasons.
As the episode progresses, Locky gets to know each of the women a little better, spending time with them individually and trying to determine who he has the strongest connections with. It's not an easy task, and he is often torn between his head and his heart, as he tries to figure out who is the best match for him.
The tension between the bachelorettes continues to escalate, and it's clear that some of them are not afraid to play dirty in order to gain an advantage. But with only one rose ceremony a week, the pressure is on for Locky to make the right decisions and ensure that he doesn't send the wrong women home.
As the episode draws to a close, we're left on the edge of our seats, wondering who Locky will choose to give his roses to and who will be sent home heartbroken. With plenty of drama, romance and surprises in store, Episode 2 of The Bachelor Australia promises to be a must-watch for fans of the show.
