Jane sets out to write her first article as a new member of the Incite team, but her lack of experience and nerves get in the way. Meanwhile, Sutton is faced with a difficult decision when her fertility doctor tells her she needs to consider "plan B" for her future as a mother. And Kat struggles with her relationship with Adena when she starts to feel that Adena is taking advantage of her financially. As all three women navigate their individual challenges, they find themselves leaning on each other for support and solidarity.
