Attempting to claim compensation from the survivors' fund, Chris sets out to prove she attended the concert at the Bataclan on the night of the attacks. After moving into an apartment in the heart of Paris, Chris poses as Vincent to strike up an online friendship with Myriam -- drawing suspicion from Émilie's partner, Nico, who begins to dig into Chris's past.

After the terrorist attacks in Paris in 2015, Chris befriends ?milie, a woman from a survivors' group. Claiming her friend Vincent is a Bataclan victim, Chris integrates into the community, but her mother begins to doubt her intentions.
